METAL ROBOT SPIRITS ν Gundam Is Returning in 2027

Bandai Spirits is giving Gundam fans another opportunity to add the RX-93 ν Gundam to their collection.

The METAL ROBOT SPIRITS ν Gundam is officially being re-released, with preorders beginning September 1, 2026. The figure is scheduled to return in March 2027 for ¥22,000 in Japan.

Originally released in January 2026, the figure recreates Amuro Ray’s famous mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack using a combination of ABS and die-cast components.

Standing approximately 150 mm tall, the ν Gundam comes equipped with its familiar arsenal, including the beam rifle, New Hyper Bazooka, shield, beam sabers, and six Fin Funnels.

The Fin Funnels can also be displayed deployed around the ν Gundam using the included effect and display parts, allowing collectors to recreate the mobile suit’s signature all-range combat system. Specialized beam-saber effects are also included for recreating its battle against Char Aznable’s Sazabi.

While this isn’t a new ν Gundam figure, its return gives collectors who missed the original 2026 release another chance to pick up the METAL ROBOT SPIRITS interpretation.

Preorders open September 1, with the ν Gundam scheduled to return in March 2027.
